Jason's Crawfish Boil

Thaw a bag a crawdads. 

Put 5 tablespoons olive oil on high. 

Three gloves garlic. Dont bother peeling. 
One quarted onion. 
Two carrots.  

Sauteed till ya smell it. 

Add black pepper. Chilli powder. Kosher salt. Corriandor. And a cup of chicken stock. Then wine or beer. Half cup 

Throw the bag of crawdads in and cover. Takes 12 minLast add some butter. And coat the top with old bay fluff n server 💯Its a pinch of kosher salt. And pinch of cury powder. Heavy on the corriandor. Chilli powder and old bay
